For your coaching session, be prepared to discuss your current and past semesters including what has been going well and what has been most challenging. In addition, you can bring materials that support what you would like to work on with your coach. For example, if you’re working on time management and organization, you might bring your course syllabi/schedule, any upcoming deadlines, and your calendar/planner/to-do list.
